As a Marrakech wedding photographer I know that will be a wonderful experience in one of the best places to get married in the north of Africa. As a destination wedding photographer I’ve been traveling all over the world and Marrakech is probably near the top of my list of wedding destinations.
Imagine the perfect setting in a wedding venue, where the love of your life is waiting to hear the words “Yes, I do”, while your family and friends are looking directly to your eyes at the same moment that you are walking to the altar, and a piece of lovely music creates a charming atmosphere full of deep feeling and sensations. That probably will be one of your best memories, to tell your kids and grandkids in the future. A moment so important for your family that you will need a great Marrakech wedding photographer to capture all that instants.
Marrakech wedding story of Shahad and Jakc
When Shahad and Jack invited me to photograph their wedding, I knew being a Marrakech wedding photographer was going to be both a wonderful experience and very hard work.
The hard work included the heat. I was shooting the pre-wedding party photographs as well as the wedding day, and as the temperature soared, it was a real blend of fun and frustration to capture all the great moments and also to make sure that the light wasn’t blinding or full of glare and that the guests looked happy and relaxed, not squinting into the sun or overheated.
Photographing a villa wedding brings its own issues. However, as an experienced Marrakech wedding photographer, I know how to address any little glitches to make the day run smoothly. On the plus side, it’s much easier to get intimate, romantic photographs. Shahad’s beautiful wedding dress and full veil became the focus of her thoughtful and tender pre-wedding shots. While Jack’s preparations show his confident nature and the intense friendship he has with those closest to him. Additionally, it was a hot day for shirts and jackets, with the temperature climbing to 46ºC!
To be a Marrakech wedding photographer was an absolute pleasure. Lit with moments of high emotion to create amazing wedding pictures. Equally, the amazing architecture of Marrakech came to our aid and the design of the stunning villa Jnane Tamsna gave us plenty of shady corners and cool areas where I could take wedding photographs with the bride and groom.
Afterwards, we moved on to the celebrations – including, wonderful food, live music and laughter with guests from around the world. It was always going to be easy to catch moments of pure excitement. Consequently, the wedding album shows just how lively the evening became.
