The couple shoot is becoming a more and more common experience. As an experienced Mallorca photographer, I can really see why. Wedding photographs are a wonderful record of the big day. But it can be easy for the fine detail of a couple’s relationship to get lost in all that excitement. That’s why so many couples, like Bettina and Fabian, opt for a couples shoot before, pre or after, their wedding ceremony. It gives them the chance to enjoy some romantic moments that a great photographer can capture without being intrusive.
The style of Bettina and Fabian’s session is often described as ‘casual’ – the couple wear simple clothing. The pictures are largely unplanned, fun-loving and easygoing. There’s another reason we chose this natural, casual approach – the scenery of Mallorca makes a stunning backdrop. Combined with the amazing weather, this gave us an opportunity to explore a small part of the coast, and made a mini adventure of our day together.
